Phish just played the Verizon Wireless Arena here in Manchester, NH, and I just mixed the “after party” at Milly’s Tavern. While I’m really not big on jam bands, Kung Fu was pretty good. More than pretty good, I admit. More jazz rock than jam band, these guys are super talented. That, however, doesn’t excuse the biker-hippie dude who came in wearing a disco ball helmet. If it was an attractive lady on the other hand… more on that later…
